We also did this sweet activity from 1+1+1=1 via The Preschool Experiment that my husband found on pinterest:
As I write this on Thursday night, the girls are still loving these hearts. Every day at dinner N has asked, "Can we review what love is?" So we review the verse from 1 Corinthians 13: 4-8 -- Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.
I can't say with certainty that the girls know what all of these different facets of love mean, but it warms my heart to think that we are sowing seeds that one day will take deep root about what it means to love another as Christ loved us.

Thanks for the link back! :) We still love these hearts and go over them often....and it has been a year. They sit out in our school room on a shelf.
